Investment Officer – Fixed Income Credit

About the role

The Fixed Income team of the Office of Investment Management is seeking an Investment Officer to support credit research and portfolio management for corporate and government bond holdings. Reporting to the Senior Investment Officer – Credit, you will help drive performance while adhering to risk and responsible‑investment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Investment Officer – Credit in conducting fundamental credit research for corporate and government bond portfolios.
• Monitor portfolio holdings, perform security analysis, and ensure compliance with risk‑control parameters.
• Integrate Principles of Responsible Investment into analysis and monitor both internal and external holdings.
• Prepare credit research reports, investment memos, and maintain financial models for covered issuers.
• Participate in management calls, sector conferences, and present sector reviews in portfolio meetings.
• Analyze ETFs, interest rates, capital structures, and ESG data using risk and analytical tools.
• Support due‑diligence and performance evaluation of external research providers and managers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct thorough credit analysis across assigned sectors.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing research reports and investment memos.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑national team and present findings to senior stakeholders.
