About the role

The Jefferson County Public Schools system is seeking an Intermediate Teacher for Fern Creek Elementary School for the 2026‑2027 academic year. This full‑time position starts at 9:40 am and follows the district’s standard calendar of 187 days.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver instruction based on the approved K‑5 curriculum.
• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate student progress to parents and administrators.
