Intermediate Architect – Residential & Retail Projects

About the role

FROM Architecture is seeking an Intermediate Architect to strengthen our design team. The role focuses on high‑end residential and retail projects, requiring a blend of creative design ability and solid technical knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Develop complete construction document (CD) sets and permit drawings for residential and retail assignments.
• Coordinate design efforts with MEP, structural, and civil engineers to ensure integrated solutions.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using industry‑standard software.
• Support project teams through proactive communication and timely delivery of design deliverables.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably on high‑end residential and retail projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes and local regulations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple consultants and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Competence with Rhino; experience with Revit is highly valuable.
