Junior Architect / Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Architect / Designer to join our collaborative studio in New York. The role involves contributing to all phases of residential and municipal projects, from concept development to construction documentation, while working closely with senior designers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and visualizations for high‑end residential and public‑space projects.
• Create 3‑D models, drawings, and presentation materials using SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in BIM workflow production, coordinate with consultants, and prepare construction documents.
• Support project administration, including scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
• Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure design intent is realized.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 1–4 years of post‑graduate professional experience.
• Strong design sensibility, research ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with leadership potential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of BIM production workflows; ArchiCAD knowledge is a plus.
