Interim Senior Service Technician – Vora Mission Valley

About the role
The Interim Senior Service Technician will ensure that the physical components of the Vora Mission Valley community—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders promptly.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing defects and implementing effective repairs.
- Maintain HVAC systems, appliances, and other mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Document work performed in the property management system and communicate status updates to supervisors.
- Provide weekend coverage (Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm) as required by business needs.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of property maintenance experience.
- Proven experience with HVAC systems and residential appliances.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shift patterns.
- Preferred familiarity with HappyCo and Yardi property‑management platforms.
