Integrated Master Scheduler

About the role

Saronic Technologies seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to own the day‑to‑day development, maintenance, analysis, and publication of the shipyard’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The role supports portfolio‑level forecasting for vessel milestones, sequencing, shared resources, and capacity constraints across the orderbook.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IMS for all active and planned new‑construction vessels at the Franklin, Louisiana shipyard.
• Integrate hull‑level milestones into a consistent portfolio forecast and ensure reconciliation each update cycle.
• Model vessel sequencing through production stages, facilities, and constrained resources such as jigs, cranes, and specialist labor.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, trade stacking, and resource contention across the portfolio.
• Perform critical‑path, float, and schedule performance index (SPI) analyses and produce weekly/monthly schedule reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of planning/scheduling or project controls experience, preferably in shipbuilding or complex fabrication.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (multi‑project, resource‑loaded schedules).
• Strong command of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, earned value concepts, and schedule performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
