About the role

Join a remote, full‑cycle insurance sales team handling inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in life or health insurance. You will manage conversations, overcome objections, and close sales while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from qualified life and health insurance prospects.
  • Guide prospects through product details and address their questions.
  • Handle objections with persuasive techniques to move prospects toward a decision.
  • Close sales and ensure accurate documentation of each transaction.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales closing, inbound or insurance sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and achieve targets.
  • Fluent English with a clear, professional accent.
  • Strong objection‑handling and persuasion skills.

What we offer

  • Starting base pay of $3 USD per hour, with potential increase up to $5 USD per hour based on performance.
  • Performance bonuses up to $1,000 USD per month.
  • Full‑time schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time, five days a week.
  • Overtime pay for occasional weekend shifts.
