HR Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Recruiting (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts on a long‑term contract basis in Plano, Texas. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating offers, ensuring teams quickly identify talent with the right experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions through candidate selection and hiring coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Evaluate applications and resumes to match business needs and position requirements.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, communication style, and overall fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify expectations, refine search strategies, and keep the process moving.
• Track candidate progress, update records accurately, and manage workflow within the applicant tracking system.
• Present qualified candidates to stakeholders and support scheduling, feedback collection, and next‑step communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling full‑cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Strong capability in candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, and applicant screening.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring teams.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced setting.
