HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a rapidly expanding organization supporting roughly 400 employees in the Smyrna area. In this newly created position, you will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals while driving talent and organizational strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching.
• Drive succession planning and talent management initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Support organizational design, role clarity, and change management efforts.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure readiness for current and future growth.
• Develop and analyze HR metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support HR programs, policies, and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Strong background in performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting mid‑size employee populations (300‑500 employees).
• HR certification (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

• Experience with UKG HR system.
