HR Business Partner – Investment Business

About the role

Invesco is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Investment business groups. The role will act as a relationship manager, delivering proactive HR strategies that drive people and business results across a global footprint. You will collaborate with HR Generalists, Coordinators and finance partners to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide human capital advice to managers and senior leaders.
• Analyze business models, people trends and conduct root‑cause analysis of people‑related issues.
• Partner with Finance to deliver financial analysis that supports fact‑based people decisions.
• Lead or support full impact analyses for organizational restructuring and execute related plans.
• Design and implement diversity and inclusion programs aligned with business strategy.
• Develop deep knowledge of talent within the business unit and advise on performance management and development.
• Promote a culture of feedback and engage leaders in change‑management initiatives.
• Identify talent and skill gaps and create solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design targeted development plans.

Required profile

• Experience providing human capital advice to managers and leaders.
• Strong understanding of business models and ability to identify people trends.
• Proven ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and interpret management information.
• Capability to work closely with Finance partners on financial analysis.
• Experience leading organizational restructuring impact analyses.
• Track record of developing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of talent management, performance coaching, and development.
• Advocate for feedback culture and lead change‑management efforts.
• Skill in identifying talent/skill gaps and designing remediation plans.
• Collaboration experience with Learning & Development consultants.
