Household Manager & Family Assistant – Wisconsin

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Wisconsin. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, groceries, pantry staples and restocking.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy family meals, grocery shopping and fridge organization.
• Assist with family scheduling, school forms, appointments and travel preparation.
• Optional childcare support such as school pickups, date‑night care and engaging activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, able to create trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., pass background check.
• Can maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated if requested.

Required skills

• Tech‑comfortable with Google Calendar, Amazon orders and shared family apps.
• Experience in household management, family assistance or childcare.
