Household Manager & Family Assistant – Spokane & Seattle Suburbs

About the role

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers and Family Assistants to support families in Spokane and the Seattle suburbs. The role focuses on keeping homes organized, handling light home care, managing family logistics, and providing meal support, with occasional childcare duties as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily home resets: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organization of common areas.
• Manage household inventory, grocery shopping, pantry organization, and restocking of supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and maintenance providers; handle errands, post office, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals, assist with weekly meal planning, and pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children.
• Support family scheduling, school forms, appointments, and travel preparation; provide occasional childcare, school pickups, and after‑school activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, and proactive with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to build trust with adults and children.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., passes background check, reliable transportation, and maintains a smoke‑free, vaccinated environment if requested.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience placing and managing Amazon orders.
• Comfort using shared family apps for coordination.
