Household Manager & Family Assistant – New Mexico

About the role

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to keep homes in New Mexico running smoothly. The role blends organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with optional childcare duties.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, groceries, pantry staples, and restocking.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy family meals and assist with weekly meal planning.
• Grocery shopping, fridge/pantry organization, and packing snacks or lunches for school‑aged children.
• Assist with family scheduling, school forms, appointments, and travel preparation.
• Optional childcare support: school or activity pickups, occasional date‑night care, and engaging children in crafts or play.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate needs.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, and able to create trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment; vaccinated if requested by the family.

Required skills

• Proficient with Google Calendar for family scheduling.
• Familiar with Amazon ordering and shared family apps for supplies and coordination.
