Household Manager & Family Assistant – Colorado

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers and Family Assistants to support families across Colorado. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, restocking groceries, pantry staples, and supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and home‑maintenance providers.
• Plan, prep, and assist with simple, healthy family meals and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children and support family scheduling, appointments, and travel preparation.
• Handle errands such as post office, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, able to build trust with adults and children.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated if requested by the family.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Experience placing orders on Amazon or similar platforms.
• Comfort using shared family apps for coordination.
