Household Manager & Family Assistant (Childcare Support)

About the role

We are a busy entrepreneurial family seeking a dedicated Household Manager & Family Assistant to keep our home running smoothly. You will coordinate logistics, support the nanny, and ensure a calm, organized environment for our twins and pets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate family schedules, appointments, and vendor services, aligning with the nanny and other staff.
• Oversee daily household resets, including dishwashing, surface cleaning, and tidying common areas.
• Manage organization systems for closets, pantry, toys, and seasonal clothing swaps.
• Plan and prep three family dinners per week, plus breakfasts and grab‑and‑go lunches for parents.
• Track inventory, run grocery and errand trips, and handle mail and package organization.
• Supervise service providers (cleaners, landscapers, pool maintenance) and act as point of contact for two rental properties.
• Care for indoor cats, schedule vet visits, and maintain pet supplies.
• Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and cleanliness; ensure cars are charged.
• Perform quarterly deep‑cleaning tasks and seasonal outdoor space preparation.
• Provide backup childcare on designated days and assist with occasional evening or weekend hours.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who collaborates well with the nanny, parents, and service providers.
