Household Manager and Family Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a warm, organized Household Manager and Family Assistant to support our active family in Middleton, Idaho. The role combines childcare for our 1‑year‑old, light support for older children, and comprehensive household management to keep our home running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, hands‑on care for the 1‑year‑old, including meals, naps, play, and bedtime routines.
• Assist with occasional care for the 4‑ and 7‑year‑olds when they are home.
• Perform daily household resets: dishes, surface cleaning, light vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Manage grocery shopping, inventory, and restocking of household essentials.
• Support seasonal organization, toy rotation, and preparation for holidays or guest visits.
• Coordinate occasional donation drop‑offs and assist with travel packing.

Required profile

• Reliable personal transportation and ability to work in a smoke‑free, fragrance‑free home.
• CPR and First Aid certified with prior experience caring for toddlers.
• Comfortable around a large dog and authorized to work in the United States.
• Calm, dependable, and able to follow the family’s faith‑centered values.
• Flexible schedule with core hours Monday‑Wednesday and willingness for occasional evenings or weekends.
