About the role

We are a busy family of five seeking a part‑time House Manager & Family Assistant to keep our home running smoothly. The role focuses on housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, and occasional pet care, allowing the family to enjoy quality time together.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold and organize family laundry and linens, handling delicates as needed.
• Maintain household organization systems, reset and tidy rooms daily, and prepare the home for cleaning services.
• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry‑cleaning drops, and child‑related tasks.
• Prep healthy meals and snacks for adults and children, clean the kitchen after preparation, and manage weekly meal planning.
• Feed cats twice daily and provide occasional cat‑sitting.
• Perform occasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards) and organize special projects like seasonal décor.
• Assist with basic budgeting, receipt tracking, and coordination of events, appointments, and guest preparations.
