Household Manager & Family Assistant – Atlanta, GA

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers & Family Assistants to support families in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties.

Key responsibilities

• Household Management & Organization – daily home reset, kitchen clean‑up, inventory of groceries and supplies, organizing closets, playrooms and seasonal items, coordinating cleaners and vendors, handling errands and deliveries.
• Meal Preparation & Family Support – plan and prep simple healthy meals, grocery shopping and pantry organization, pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children, assist with family scheduling, school forms and travel preparation.
• Optional Childcare Support – school or activity pickups, occasional date‑night or afternoon care, engaging children in crafts, outdoor play or quiet activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive, able to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful and trustworthy with both adults and children.
• Tech‑comfortable (Google Calendar, Amazon ordering, shared family apps).
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass a background check and maintain a smoke‑free, vaccinated environment if requested.
