About the role
Delphi Healthcare is seeking experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners for two immediate locum assignments in New York. Both positions follow a week‑on/week‑off schedule with 12‑hour day shifts, starting mid‑June or July.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with a Hospitalist physician to provide inpatient care.
- Manage a patient census ranging from 20‑30 patients per shift.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
Required profile
- Active New York State license.
- Minimum 3 years of Hospitalist medicine experience.
- Ability to work a week‑on/week‑off 12‑hour day shift schedule.
- Willingness to start in mid‑June or July.
Required skills
What we offer
- 1099 hourly rate between $100‑$115.
- Travel, lodging, malpractice, and tail coverage provided.
- Short‑term (13‑week) assignment in Massena or longer‑term (up to 1‑year) assignment in Wellsville.
