Home Caregiver – Flexible Schedule

About the role

One You Love Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non‑medical support to clients in their homes. You will help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding.
• Prepare nutritious meals and help with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment, report any changes in condition, and follow infection‑control protocols.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders.
• Clock in/out and accurately document all tasks performed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Prior caregiving or home‑care experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance if client transport is required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lb and assist with client transfers.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
