Case Coordination Supervisor

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Case Coordination Supervisor to lead a team of caseworkers delivering essential services to vulnerable clients. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this role ensures that program goals are met while maintaining compliance with funding and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the implementation of the Case Coordination program and ensure all services are delivered promptly.
• Assign cases to caseworkers and guarantee enrollment within two business days.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate care plans, and adjust services as needed.
• Advocate for client needs and connect them to employment, housing, healthcare, legal, and public benefit resources.
• Maintain relationships with local government and community organizations to facilitate referrals.
• Ensure case documentation complies with contract and funding requirements.
• Prepare for monitoring visits by IRC, state, and federal agencies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff in line with IRC People Manager Standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising staff in a case management or social services environment.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian or non‑profit program delivery.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
