Head of Quality & Regulatory

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality & Regulatory to lead quality and regulatory initiatives for a global packaging and beauty solutions organization. This senior leader will ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all quality and regulatory functions for packaging and turnkey production.
• Drive resolution of production quality issues for packaging and formulations.
• Develop and execute strategic quality and regulatory plans.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and teams.
• Conduct annual quality audits in line with ISO 22716 standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all manufacturing partners.
• Support commercialization and scale‑up of formulations with contract manufacturers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high‑performing quality team.
• Partner with customers to address and resolve quality‑related concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technical packaging support within cosmetics, beauty, or CPG.
• 7+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong background in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
