Guidewire Architect

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Guidewire Architect to lead the design and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions for leading organizations. You will define architectural vision, ensure high‑performance implementations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define architectural vision, strategy, and standards for Guidewire implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Develop integration strategies with external systems, APIs, and data platforms.
• Provide technical oversight, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Lead integration design between Guidewire and third‑party applications, overseeing configuration, workflows, and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for reliable deployments.
• Mentor development teams and share knowledge with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Deep knowledge of the insurance domain, preferably Property & Casualty.
• Proven ability to design solution architecture and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

What we offer

• Base salary range: $150,000 – $180,000 per year.
