About the role

Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Manhattan, is seeking a Guest Relations Officer Bellhop on a part‑time basis. The role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, handling inquiries, and supporting the front‑desk team with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and special needs.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest services.
  • Maintain the lobby and public areas in a tidy, orderly condition.
  • Handle luggage, deliveries, and transportation arrangements as required.
