GTM Recruiter – High‑Velocity Hiring for AI Startup

About the role

Glimpse, the leading AI platform for consumer‑packaged‑goods brands, is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for its Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Implementation teams in New York. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will operate in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment and partner directly with the CEO and growth leaders to build the talent engine that fuels the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for GTM roles across sales, marketing, CS and implementation.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief creation and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer delivery.
• Develop and refine playbooks, hiring metrics and process improvements to increase speed and quality of hires.
• Provide a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience that reinforces Glimpse’s brand.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent acquisition with business goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of GTM or sales recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to source candidates in markets where the employer brand is still emerging.
• Comfortable running 20+ interviews per week while maintaining high standards.
• Track record of building and iterating recruiting frameworks and processes.
• Strong partnership mindset with hiring managers and executive leadership.

• Advanced sourcing techniques (boolean search, community mapping, creative outreach).
• Candidate relationship management and experience design.
• Data‑driven recruitment metrics and pipeline reporting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
