About the role
Samba is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end campaign creation and execution across the full funnel. You will drive high‑velocity, multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and support the company’s revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage quarterly B2B campaigns across digital ads, content syndication, email nurturing, gifting, 3D mailers, lead magnets, partner marketing, custom website hooks, surveys, and new channels.
- Build and maintain a campaign calendar aligned with business goals and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with content, product, and event marketing teams to integrate launches, content, and market moments into campaign plans.
- Prioritize signals, filter noise, and make data‑driven decisions on campaign focus.
- Enable sales teams with campaign assets, provide follow‑up guidance, and embed with sellers to gather feedback.
- Parse Salesforce and HubSpot data to build prospect lists, analyze buyer patterns, and identify funnel gaps.
Required profile
- Proven experience running full‑funnel B2B campaigns using HubSpot, Demandbase, Clay, and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the media intelligence or technology sector and B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize ruthlessly, and iterate quickly.
- Excellent collaboration skills with sales, product, and leadership teams.
