Groundskeeper for Residential Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of the Rise Nocatee community in Jacksonville, Florida. This role ensures that common areas, amenities, and surrounding grounds are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Clear trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and verify that pool area gates are operational.
