Graphic Designer – Creative Services (Temp)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join PUMA’s Creative Services team in Boston. The role is temporary and focuses on developing bold visual concepts and delivering production‑ready assets for out‑of‑home, digital, social and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors to develop concepts and execute designs across print and digital media.
• Manage projects from ideation through production, ensuring files meet industry standards for color, resolution and format.
• Lead or contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing both conceptual and visual direction.
• Prepare decks, mood boards and presentations for internal and external reviews.
• Balance creative vision with practical constraints such as budget, function and program requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a creative agency, brand or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Figma for digital design collaboration.
• Motion design tools – After Effects, Premiere.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for ideation and image creation.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color and both print and digital production.
