About the role
We are looking for a remote Canva Specialist to create, edit, and manage design assets that support AI training initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all deliverables are brand‑consistent and meet project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize Canva to produce a wide range of design assets for AI data annotation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality visuals.
- Document design decisions and processes to aid AI training workflows.
- Provide feedback on Canva workflows and suggest usability improvements.
- Maintain organized repositories with proper version control for all files.
- Communicate updates clearly through written and verbal channels.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience using Canva at a user level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow guidelines precisely while applying creativity.
- Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote‑work best practices.
- Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets.
