Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing

About the role

Wavytalk is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Brand Marketing team in New York City. The role will craft visual assets that bring the brand’s beauty‑focused identity to life across digital, retail and packaging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact assets for paid and organic social, email, website, Amazon, TikTok Shop and digital advertising.
• Produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and support product launches.
• Retouch product and lifestyle photography, perform color correction, compositing and image enhancement to industry standards.
• Create basic motion graphics, animated GIFs and short video elements for social and advertising.
• Design landing pages, promotional website graphics and e‑commerce content.
• Develop retail and point‑of‑sale graphics for partners such as Target, Ulta Beauty and Costco.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Influencer, E‑Commerce and Product teams to ensure visual consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand‑centric visual design.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills
