Full-Time Household Manager & Family Assistant (Meal Prep)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Household Manager and Family Assistant to support a busy family of four (soon five) in Moreland Hills, Ohio. The role blends childcare, home organization, meal preparation, and vendor coordination to keep the household running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare, including school drop‑offs/pick‑ups, backpack preparation, and engaging activities for preschool‑age children.
• Maintain daily home order by resetting high‑traffic zones, tidying surfaces, vacuuming, and handling routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with meal support: wash and chop produce, prep dinner components, batch‑prepare snacks, and keep the kitchen clean.
• Manage laundry and linens, ensuring items are washed, folded, and stored properly, and rotate bedding weekly.
• Monitor pantry and household supplies, place online orders, handle returns, and receive packages.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors and service providers, coordinate repairs, and maintain a seasonal home‑maintenance calendar.
• Perform deep cleaning of appliances and lead special organization projects such as toy storage or gear areas.
