Full-Time Forklift Operator – $24.48/hr

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator to join our Bloomington, CA service center. The position offers an hourly rate of $24.48, a regular Monday‑Friday schedule with various shifts, paid time off after the first 90 calendar days, and access to our exclusive employee resort program.

Key responsibilities

• Move all types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long.
• Operate a forklift on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
• Ensure proper stacking and placement of pallets to maintain warehouse safety.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the forklift.

Required profile

• Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Read manifests accurately and interact with computer displays.
• Dependable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or LTL setting.
