Frontend Developer (Contract, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team on a contract, part‑time basis. The role is fully remote and offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Implement frontend engineering best practices, conduct code reviews and support continuous integration.
• Translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, reusable code components.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications for optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with a proven track record of delivering production‑ready web applications.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code that follows industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working autonomously while aligning with broader team goals.
