French‑Speaking Client Services Advisor – Long Island City

About the role
The Client Services Advisor will deliver best‑in‑class support to RIMOWA’s luxury clientele, handling ecommerce and client‑care inquiries in both French and English. Based on‑site in Long Island City, you will work closely with retail, logistics, CRM, and repair teams to ensure a seamless, high‑touch experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance via phone, email, live chat, and online repair forms using Salesforce and Genesys.
- Achieve SLA targets, meet productivity and sales goals, and minimize escalations.
- Coordinate shipping, returns, cancellations, and repairs with the fulfillment warehouse and carrier services.
- Support post‑purchase processes, including returns, omnichannel fulfilments, and label creation.
- Inspect incoming goods, record shortages, reject damaged items, and order spare parts as needed.
- Generate repair estimates, quotes, and delivery timelines for customers.
Required profile
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years in luxury retail, call‑center, or operations environments.
- Ability to work Saturdays and follow company policies.
