Floating Leasing Professional – Property Leasing

About the role

This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. It involves handling all leasing activities, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and complete lease sign‑offs to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Manage lease renewal communications, prepare renewal packages, and ensure timely execution.

Required profile

• Prior property‑management or leasing experience (hospitality, retail, or sales background welcomed).
• Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
