Finance Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Associate to join as an early member of our FP&A team. In this role, you will act as a force multiplier for the finance organization, bringing analytical rigor and strategic clarity to our most critical workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish foundational FP&A frameworks, including leadership reporting, monthly budget vs. actuals analysis, and cross‑functional financial discipline.
• Manage full‑year budget and forecast, supporting preparation, oversight, and adjustments to protect cash flow.
• Produce accurate financial reports and collaborate on board materials; create dashboards to monitor performance and track KPIs.
• Identify and lead system improvements to automate and standardize financial processes.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis for investment decisions, pricing, and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, or FP&A/strategic finance at a high‑growth tech company.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with focus on accuracy and scalability.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Strong executive communication ability to distill data into clear insights.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial management, analysis, tools and reporting methodologies, including experience with FP&A software selection/implementation.
• Systems mindset with ability to build frameworks from scratch and improve financial processes.
