Field Operations Manager – Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)

About the role

The Field Operations Manager will work as a hybrid employee supporting The Home Depot merchandising team. You will help drive sales results by ensuring operational excellence across multiple retail projects and inventory initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Home Depot MET projects, including timelines, MLX instructions, RIGs and SRGs.
• Manage signage, racking, and merchandising displays in Home Depot stores.
• Coordinate with Home Depot MET team, merchandising vendors, and internal SBD fulfillment warehouse.
• Oversee inventory levels, IMS consolidation, and stock fulfillment.
• Support audit strategy and large‑scale merchandising resets.
• Create communication materials for the Field Sales Team and assist with showroom POG setup.
• Transport merchandising sets within the greater Atlanta metro area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or management experience.
• Strong understanding of big‑box retail operations.
• Experience planning MET projects and working with POGs.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and present to large groups.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
