Experienced Service Advisor – $65k-$100k

About the role

Honda of Harvey is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its growing service department. In this customer‑facing role you will guide vehicle owners through maintenance recommendations, ensure service needs are clearly communicated, and help build lasting relationships that keep customers returning for their automotive care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately document service needs on repair orders.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service requirements and act as the primary liaison between technicians and clients.
• Review service history and multi‑point inspection results, recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and verify repair orders, supporting documentation, and warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Verify completed work, perform final vehicle inspections, and deliver vehicles to customers with a thorough explanation of services performed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through on‑the‑job training and manufacturer certification programs.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and obtain technical certifications or manufacturer training.
