Experienced Restoration Technician

About the role

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join its New Orleans team in St. Rose, LA. You will work on a variety of property restoration projects, providing cleaning, demolition, and reconstruction support while helping community members recover from natural disasters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager on construction and restoration projects.
• Assess property damage and develop cleaning plans.
• Perform general labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, packing, and post‑project clean‑up.
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction activities.
• Maintain a safe job site and prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑construction cleaning services.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hard‑working team player who adapts to changing needs.
• Valid driver’s license (business driving up to 20% of time).
• Reliable, dependable, drug‑free, and available for after‑hours, weekends, and holidays.
