Experience Ambassador

About the role

Sentral is looking for an Experience Ambassador to be the first point of contact for residents and guests at its on‑site communities. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, answering inquiries, and ensuring a memorable stay for both residents and homeshare guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests by name, provide friendly and professional service, and resolve inquiries related to property amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Manage building access, monitor entry points, and protect the safety of residents and property.
• Process calls, messages, and service requests; run daily reports and ensure accuracy.
• Promote property benefits, distribute marketing materials, and build partnerships with nearby businesses.
• Collaborate with the Director of Services, General Manager, and maintenance team to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and via phone, email, or text.
• Computer‑savvy with the ability to learn multiple software systems quickly.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
