About the role
The School of Law at Saint Louis University seeks a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Dean. This position provides comprehensive administrative support, manages communications, and ensures the smooth operation of the Dean’s office.
Key responsibilities
- Screen calls, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Dean and executive staff.
- Prepare confidential reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and related logistics.
- Organize faculty and staff meetings, award ceremonies, and special events.
- Assist with budget preparation, grant administration, invoice processing, and payroll reconciliation.
- Maintain complex record‑keeping systems and support information‑technology initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑level administrative or executive support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of budgeting and basic financial processing.
