About the role
Experian Marketing Services is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. The role is remote, with occasional collaboration in New York, and focuses on streamlining executive workflows, travel, and event planning.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in line with company policy.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure follow‑up.
- Manage executive calendars across multiple time zones, resolve conflicts, and keep leaders on schedule.
- Organize presentation materials and coordinate team‑building or off‑site events.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and provide backup support.
- Assist with new‑hire onboarding, equipment ordering, and office supply management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience.
- Proven ability to handle competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook for calendar and email management.
- Experience managing high‑volume executive calendars across time zones.
- Strong background in coordinating complex travel itineraries.
- Preference for candidates near New York, though remote candidates are considered.
