Executive Assistant – Industrials Team (Private Equity)

About the role

This position supports senior members of a leading private‑equity firm’s Industrials investment team. The role is fast‑paced, high‑visibility, and requires a polished professional who can manage multiple senior stakeholders, many of whom work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support to two senior Partners, Principals, and Advisors.
• Manage complex, ever‑changing calendars and travel logistics across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate and execute board‑level meetings and events, handling frequent changes.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for a distributed team, ensuring alignment despite remote work structures.
• Track priorities, maintain visibility into team activity, and proactively anticipate needs.
• Partner with other administrative professionals to deliver seamless team support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in finance, private equity, or similarly demanding environments.
• Proven ability to support multiple senior executives simultaneously.
• Highly adaptable, able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
• Willingness to be aware of team needs outside standard business hours when necessary.
