About the role
The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Rise Nocatee community, helping to drive resident retention through engaging events and seamless service. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑in processes, program development and community marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome prospects and residents in the office/leasing area, ensuring a comfortable waiting experience.
- Assist with property tours and provide information as needed.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate team member, and follow up on service request callbacks.
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, confirming payments and cleanliness.
- Coordinate resident programs and events, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Support move‑in activities and contribute to community marketing efforts.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both in‑person and over the phone.
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
