ETL Test Consultant (Charlotte, NC)

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking an ETL Test Consultant to join its Charlotte, NC team. You will work on data‑driven projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, applying automated testing tools and ensuring high‑quality data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned portions of business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Develop and integrate new features or updates into existing ETL applications while maintaining system stability.
• Perform code reviews, modify the codebase and manage code repositories.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes to meet quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proven capability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
