Equity Capital Markets Analyst – Investment Banking

About the role

As an Analyst on the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team, you will support the full transaction lifecycle for issuer clients, from marketing material preparation to execution of IPOs and follow‑on offerings. You will work closely with senior bankers and cross‑functional groups, gaining hands‑on experience in capital raising and exposure to the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Execute public capital raising transactions, including IPOs and follow‑on offerings.
• Prepare client engagement materials such as pitches, RFP responses, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with coverage, sales & trading, syndicate, equity research, and legal teams.
• Conduct financial analyses, precedent transaction reviews, and shareholder targeting.
• Draft internal memoranda and thought pieces related to ECM and technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an investment‑banking front‑office or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and ECM execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
