About the role
We are seeking an entry‑level Data Entry Clerk to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on providing administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping while collaborating with managers and colleagues across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate office activities, meetings, and company events.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR or finance departments with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
