About the role

Coincom SRL is looking for a Product Development and Planning Manager to lead the end‑to‑end process of bringing new products to market, from market research to launch and positioning, while ensuring profitability, quality and logistical efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Research market trends and evaluate technical capabilities of international suppliers.
• Coordinate international purchasing and logistics for portfolio development.
• Plan strategic product launches and market positioning.
• Monitor design standards, cost structures and profit margins.
• Manage resources and delivery timelines to guarantee supply continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or International Relations.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, international purchasing or logistics.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
• Experience with import processes.
