About the role

The Education Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for school districts and educational organizations, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently. You will work closely with recruiters and clients to place qualified educational staff and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, understanding and anticipating staffing requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the placement of teachers, administrators, and support staff for schools and districts.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to guarantee timely fulfillment of staffing requests.
• Proactively resolve any service delivery issues to exceed client expectations.
• Track, report, and analyze account performance, identifying growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑level client account management experience in staffing, HR, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 20% for hiring events, school visits, and related activities.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.
