Early Career Investment Risk Intern

About the role

Join Invesco’s 9‑week Summer Internship Program in New York and work with the Investment Risk team. You will gain hands‑on experience in analyzing risk across loan strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional groups, and learning the firm’s macro investment process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives.
• Attend team meetings, complete projects on schedule, and present findings to management.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist senior investment risk professionals in gathering and analyzing data to provide risk‑related insights.
• Research industry trends, analyze portfolio financial metrics, and evaluate market data.
• Participate in training sessions, networking events, and regular team meetings to deepen technical and professional skills.

• Enthusiastic student interested in investments and risk analysis.
• Willingness to collaborate, seek feedback, and learn from mentors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established timelines.
